In an enormous world capital in a near future after the “great
collapse,” a few bands of children survive. They hide in sewers
and cellars out of the way of robots patrols constantly in search of
anything alive. Trapped by a robot unit, Yann finds himself at their
mercy. But one robot seemingly called S.A.M. suddenly defends
Yann against his enemies! From that day on, Yann has only one
goal: to discover where S.A.M. came from, why he spared Yann’s
life, and what the initials mean. From this encounter, Yann will come
to learn why the world was destroyed, and whether or not a new one
can be created again.
