Set in the 19th century, with the New England atmosphere somewhat reminiscent of Sleepy
Hollow, we discover the adventures of a couple of government agents, Artemis d’Harcourt and Casimir Dupré. They are entrusted with a mission to investigate the paranormal events taking place in a children’s hospital. During the night, the children go into a trance and disappear into the mysterious nearby forest. Casimir and Artemis eventually find out that this forest was, many years ago, the scene of a vile massacre. Could there be some connection between the children’s disturbing behavior and the tragic past of this sacred and cursed place?
