Set in Berlin, in the thirties. While nazism conquers the heart and the brain of a whole nation, little Fred Capitole is bid welcome by the residents of a luxurious brothel. From there he contemplates the progression of the brown pest while receiving his emotional education from a charming young gypsy girl, before he is once again caught in the hurricane of history.
