Luck is awash in doubt. He’s a student in graphic design, but he’s been neglecting his schoolwork. There’s always his real passion, graffiti — he loves the illegality of it, the nocturnal frisson — but that won’t pay the bills. And Luck is beginning to lose his inspiration. Every time he tries to draw, he finds himself going in circles, and all his creations end up looking like skulls. And then there’s Julie, the woman he loves — the completely unattainable Julie… In short, Luck recognizes that he needs to get a grip on himself if he doesn’t want to wind up a hopeless loser. It’s not the best time for two new people to come into his life, but they appear anyway: Marianne, an artist, and Gabrielle, a lovely student who plays on her university’s men’s basketball team. Luck really didn’t need things to get any more complicated! Unless, of course, it turns out that these two new women — each in her own way — will be the catalysts that push Luck to leave behind his cherished self-image as a youthful rebel, and to face the adult world, ready to assume his responsibilities and accept the challenges that come with them…
