On the small archipelago of Rodaho, a popular belief says that every ten
centuries, the egg of a mythical creature with legendary powers, the Dragon-
Snake, hatches and chooses as its master the first being it sees. Renard, the
devious ninja master, intends to be that one! If he acquired the powers of the
Dragon-Snake, he would become the master of the islands instead of the current
emperor, the repulsive Raana IV, who rules the archipelago with an iron
fist from his powerful steamboat.
