Long before he became the French star of B.D. space opera, Crisse fledged his wings in “Tintin” magazine. There, he created Nahomi, a young Japanese princess who overcomes the boredom of her palace by using lots of magic. Specifically, Nahomi owns magic hazelnuts that will grant any wish! They open the door to countless little adventures that foreshadowed what would later come to be called “Oriental fantasy.”

Completely re-colored, this “Intégrale” (“Complete Collection”) will allow numerous readers to (re-)discover this lively, imaginative work, full of graphic inventiveness: one of Crisse’s earliest creations, and prophetic of those that would follow.
