After ten years of absence, Daniel Ceppi’s famous traveller is back… and he’s straight off again! This time he’s on his way to Turkmenistan to join his friend Teri, who is transporting fridges from Uzbekistan on behalf of an NGO. But these good intentions do nothing to protect them from the harsh and violent realities of the life there: omnipresent militia, extreme poverty… Not to mention that Teri has an irritating tendency to go after the local women, meaning that, from the Swiss border all the way to the Uzbek mountains, they’ve got to hotfoot it in order to make time for his dalliances… The journey will be far from easy, but Stéphane Clément is used to it. For all the scepticism he is sure to meet along the way, nothing can break his stride!
