Derived
from the popular video game, this comic book adaptation of “Prince of
Persia” was written by the game developer himself, Jordan Mechner, in
collaboration with A.B. Sina, Iranian writer. The old legend is set against a
backdrop of a Persian town with beautiful gardens, surrounded by mountains. The
legitimate princes and princesses of two different eras are engaged in a bitter
struggle against the viziers and the military who are trying to dominate the
town. The famous prince seeks to truly understand the situation, ultimately
becoming the hero that we know him as.
