A conflict places the USA against a Latin American country, and in
Dockcity, a new drug provokes an avalanche of deadly overdoses. Fearing
to be sent to the frontline, Laurel Hardy, a private detective, accepts
the mission that the mayor gives him : to investigate the attraction
