Xiao Ou lives under a cloud of bad luck.
From his earliest childhood right until today, his life has been a series of trials, one unlucky accident after another. XiaoOu has learned to see the signs. He can tell when bad luck is coming his way. Today, for example, things haven’t begun well. One: the weather is cloudy; it’s certainly going to rain… Two: he bit his tongue while eating breakfast… Three: as soon as he had put on his jeans, XiaoOu tore them…

And XiaoOu doesn’t know yet that tomorrow, he will discover that his life, this life he lives now, was never supposed to be for him… No, it was supposed to belong to his best and only friend, LuoZi… LuoZi, who, as of tomorrow, will be his enemy.
