I was born in Herve in Belgium on 13 March 1968.
At the age of 18, I went to Brussels to study at the Saint-Luc comic book studio.
I discovered sketching from nature and, in particular, that there was more to life than comic books. After leaving Saint-Luc, I decided to focus on children’s books. In 1994, my first book was published by Pastel. It was “Ourson a disparu”.
I am still living in Brussels, and I have two daughters who provide me with inspiration for stories (“36 papas”, “Le cauchemar de poche”, “Mon petit crocodile”).
In 2005, I went back to comic books thanks to Christian Durieux, who suggested a project. This will be “Gugus”…
