Originally from Normandy, Yoann first met Eric Omond at art school. He worked with him on “Phil Kaos” in the English magazine “Deadline”, then came “Ninie Rezergoude”, the famous “Toto l’Ornithorynque” and “La voleuse du Père Fauteuil”. He has also illustrated an issue of “Donjon Monster” (Sfar and Trondheim wrote the story) and taken over as illustrator of “Bob Marone” (in collaboration with Yann and Conrad). In 1997, he founded the studio “La Boite qui fait Beuh” in Angers, then settled in Nantes where it is not always raining.
