Emil Zuga grew up in Alfortville. At a very young age, he developed a fascination for the groundbreaking Japanese anime of the early 80s. His passion for giant robots was undoubtedly what drew him to his scientific studies that resulted in a diploma in robotic system engineering. After a few years working in the military industry, he left his job to try his hand at a technician job in the gaming sector. But through all that time, he was sketching away, and never stopped dreaming of comic books. His dream became reality thanks to Mathieu Reynès, who, having spotted Zuga’s graphic design talents online, put him in touch with the creators of Alter Ego. And so it is that Zuga goes right in through the front door for his comic book adventure with his first published work “Jonas.”
