PDFs of 2019 Releases
This fall, we have an impressive line-up of action-filled, suspense-inducing, drama series that we’re proud to present below. The female warrior Kriss de Valnor tells her gripping story in the eighth volume of the Kriss de Valnor series from the Thorgal family. The XIII Mystery series continues with a new tale of two women bound by their attraction — and a certain criminal past — in a nail-biting story from the Van Hamme/Grenson duo at the top of their game. And the members of the secret all-female society called SHI are angrier than ever in the third volume of the celebrated series set in Victorian England… Did someone say strong female leads?
We invite you to take a look at these latest releases and more. We’ll be in touch again come November with news about our upcoming Children’s and Family titles.
Until then, happy fall!

Action & Adventure
Atom Vercorian, private eye and dedicated detective, decides to stand in for his father, the police chief, leading the investigation into the disappearance of Begum Aga Khan’s jewelry. In August 1949, the wealthiest couple in the world were the victims of a robbery as speedy as it was spectacular, the value of the stolen goods amounting to over 200 million francs. Between vintage elegance and graphic modernism, these wonderfully retro self‐contained adventure stories toy with the genre’s codes and flirt with the classics.
