Aboard his spacecraft, Jan strays into a sort of dream world which fast turns into a nightmare when, after a difficult landing, he finds himself in hospital. Jan soon realizes that the natives take him for some kind of madman. But the situation is rather the opposite. The ‘Other World’ is obviously in a time and space warp. Intrigued, Jan seeks explanations. It turns out that the country lives under a constant threat – each day the sky is getting closer and closer to the ground. An expedition is organized to the summit of the ‘Other World’, where the sky really does touch the earth! A wonderful product of Rodolphe’s imagination, this ‘Other World’ is sensitively and delicately illustrated by Florence Magnin.
