Tom is a solitary teenager who spends his time venting his frustrations in drawings. His single mother, who is preoccupied with day-to-day survival, often leaves him to fend for himself. One day at school, he meets the rebellious Felix. Fascinated by him, Tom starts to go along with his dubious and increasingly dangerous schemes—until one night they end up shooting a cow with a rifle. Discovering that they could face fines of several thousand euros and even prison sentences, they attempt to restore normality… with violent consequences.
