During a kite-flying competition, a man is carried off by the wind. After crossing a sea of clouds, he lands in a strange country filled with fantastic characters. With the help of an evil magician and in spite of the risks involved, he tries to make sense of his situation and return home… This new series by Vink (an event in itself!) has all the appearances of a marvelous tale set somewhere between “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Voyage of Chihiro”.
