The legend tells that Perseus killed Medusa on the order of the Gods of Olympus. But the truth was far more complex. Medusa was the type of woman who could seduce a man with just one glance, a glace to which Perseus fell victim. Six years later, when the Gods caught wind of his deceit, they commanded Perseus to end this treacherous union. But no one, not even Perseus, knew that from their forbidden love was born a son, named Venom. After Medusa’s murder, this child grows up with rage in his heart, living only to avenge his beloved mother. Venom eventually kills so many of the Gods that they are forced to abandon Olympus and live among the humans. But time holds less meaning for these legendary beings.
