Miyo is a fifteen-year-old. She is Japanese. When she was six, she had to leave Tokyo to follow her father who had been transferred to Paris. The early stages were hard, but quickly, Miyo found her own place. Nine years later, her father is once again transferred. . . to Japan. Miyo has to come back to Japan. Before she leaves, she wants to declare her love to Nicolas. . . but finally, she doesn’t have the time to. In her new high school, Miyo meets Shiro, who isn’t gentle with girls, Eiji, the skirt-chaser, the beautiful and outgoing Lisa, and the huge Natsumi. It isn’t easy to become integrated with such eccentrics! Miyo would be happier in France with her friend Aurore, and Nicolas. But, step by step, Miyo finds a new rhythm of life appropriate to the Japanese customs. Will all this go any longer? Will Nicolas coming to Japan for her birthday change everything? Will Miyo want to come back to France?
