At 32 years old, Mick still hasn’t done anything with his life. He spends his time either in front of the TV, in bed or at one of his temp jobs. 60 year-old Charles lives alone in his village with nothing but his bad temper and his crutches- the ones he’s been using ever since the car accident which killed his wife. Charles is Mick’s father, but the two men have barely spoken in years. That is, until the day that Charles makes his son a strange proposition: if Mick goes with him on a tour around the world, then, at the end of it, he will give him a large sum of money. Mick has no desire to spend several months with his grumpy old father, but he really does need the money. And so begins a journey that will be filled with discoveries for these two men who have lost their way…
