Many destinies cross in the town of Fort Worth. A Western, halfway between the films of the Coen Brothers and those of Woody Allen.
After the album Omnivisibilis, the Bonhomme-Trondheim team returns with a Western that plays with all the genre’s conventions. Many different destinies will meet and intertwine in the town of Forth Worth, in 1878 – the era of the telegraph – to form an episodic plot that brims with mischief. Lewis Trondheim, is the creator of Lapinot and uncontested head of the school of « la nouvelle BD française » (« the new French bande dessinée »). Matthieu Bonhomme is one of the most talented realist illustrators working today. Their vivid, lifelike and original approach to coloring gives this work a profound elegance.
